The MNC R&D that I was working at that time,terminated superannuation scheme, ESOP and removed all perquisites. Consequently, the employee productivity went down and the number patent filed from Indian operation went down by 50%. Parent company pulled key R&D projects and replace them with more test and support. To enable make in India, introduce ESOP under long-term capital gains and do not tax perks

Hi, My name is Kartheek. I am from andhra pradesh. Andhra people are demanding for special status for our state. I agree that my state doesn't full fill all the qualifications to be opted for special category. I wish there is a similar thing for districts. I mean for districts with less literacy rate, wit poor health care there should be some care. This is very important to maintain the balance in the country. Otherwise there would be big gap between areas of the same state.

Govt school ka level badhana h to all government employee, politician ke bacche govt school me padhana compalsary //mandatory kar dijiye fir dekhiye kese level badhta h Or en baccho ki with parents name ki seprate list maintain ki jaye or govt. School me nahi padhane par job se nikal dijiye fir dekhiye kamal

Reservation kya h....... Vo log jo pichde hua h ya garib poor h or jinke pass pese nahi h unko aage badhne ka moka /opportunity dena To esko job ke rup me kyo diya ja raha h education ke rup me dijiye means jinhe araksan diya gyA h unhe education se related all facilities free de di jaye and Vo padhenge and agar unme ability hogi to apni mehnat se job le sakte h but in job reservation is like poison which distroy india

Increase the no. of admissions to IIT,medical colleges.I am in favour of exchange programme for students rather than admitting foreign students in IIT and medical colleges.Only after we have fulfilled our criteria according to the rising population should we admit foreign students

so there is an urgent need to reform reservation system..options 1. provide reservation based on class..as backward castes are also economically backward in addition to socio and educationally backwardness. so they are definitely going to include in it. 2.provide reservation to all communities in proportionate to their population..this will actually lead to representation rather than reservation(true democracy) 3.bring creamy layer concept in SCs and STs also 4.give rsrvtn upto 2 generations

I feel that people using quota for education should work in the areas from which part they are using quota for 1 go 2 yrs eg.backward class from a particular area should work in his village or district for 2 yrs after completion of the course.As a result all areas will have working hands who know the problem of that area. Select fixed no. of engineers,doctors,paramedicals or others so that a particular village has its own people working after completion of course for 2 yrs.
