Dear Sir, It observed that Government officials use to spend even thousands of public money to save their own Ten rupee because there is lack of loyalty & belongingness. Use of government vehicles for personal use can be seen any where & at any time. Most of the Government officials reach office at 11/ 11.30 AM, lunch break at 1.30PM to 3.30 PM & office closing starts from 4.30PM. Vehicles are used in going & coming for lunch, leaving & picking their children from schools, marketing with family, picnic etc…. All these act not only increasing indiscipline but wastage of the public money. If restrictions are imposed this will improve the public services (because they will have to sit in office longer & avoid petrol expenses from their own pocket). By this we can reduce the useless expenditure & improve the public services.

I read news in News Paper that govt is trying to revive state owned sick units by pouring more taxpayers money.It is really disappointing 1 Earliar congress Govt s have many attempts to revive but in vain 2 they are white elephants 3 better to bring govt holding below 50% and privatize 4 Take example of Govt ordnance factories they can never be brought to the efficiency of private sector 5 We want Modi Govt to take path breaking decisions 6 Attempting to modernize or revive is a retrogressive

Sir,as per daily newspaper, you seeked information about total area of the alloted blocks as well as the employees working in such organisations.But some employees are such who are working with MDO of coal block,whose job are also in risk due to cancellation. Sir i think government should develope a new system in which purchase are considered as expense and sales is consider as income. When any person give pan number to there purchase they found tax relief on tere purchases and this purchase should add inko sales person income and tax should charge on this person. Isse log purchase jada krege and tax ki chori bhi kam hogi

All public sector units of GOI should be privatised. The GOI needs ONLY TO HAVE FUNCTIONAL REGULATORY AGENCIES that see to it that basic services of food, water, health, education, electricity, fuels,communication, roads & public transport, finance are AVAILABLE TO ALL CITIZENS at a " FAIR PRICE ". It will reduce the huge cost of salaries & pensions for GOI. With IT tools Regulatory Agencies can keep a watchful eye on all private service providers & also provide fast redressal for grievances

Today I terminated my BSNL services due to their sheer inefficiency. Already BSNL and MTNL have lost substantial market share of phone subscribers, but the govt has announced investment of Rs.39,400 Crore to revive them. Big Mistake. Treat not the symptom but the rot - the inefficient, insensitive, incompetent, rude and corrupt staff. Train them for efficiency, make them accountable, and replace those who refuse to change, for they have no right to Taxpayer’s money.

An application should be developed so that chairman of board should submit the financial report of corporation. It should evaluate the performance of corporation (like state electricity boards) based on previous records and by comparing performance of corporations in same sector of neighboring states. It should be considered as a part of performance appraisal report of chairman.

Govt offices conduct a number of outstation meetings i.e.officials are adked to gather at a certain place. This increases cost. Instead a meeting which needs the participation of 5 or more offices, should be done either by tele conferencing or through web cam.

Govt expenditure on different types of ads/policy promotion ads/recruitment ads are given in newspapers. Side by side different tender/expression of interest etc are published too. It leads to heavy expenditure. A web plateform be prepared where govt deptt may publish them. The plateform should be available in all languages i.e.sjngle plateform where text can be entered in any desired language. This plateform be used for such ads/tenders. It will cut the expdt on advertisement.
