We as a country import from a pencil, eraser, net work connection cards, telephone you name it it will be mostly from China. The first and foremost goal of the new commissions should be to categorise the imports. Identify non esential imports and plan to produce them in bulk in india. We need to plan to reduce our non essential imports by 10% every year. This commission should be constituted with people from relevent industry experiance with goal to cut to imports

We do not need Rs 35 Lakh Toilet and Poverty Definition philosophy again. Finance Secretary be the Vice Chairman and State Finance Secretaries be his team along with RBI Governors. Target based implementation and result oriented framework must be established along with Chief Ministers.

Honest n visionary people r required at all level either it is planning or execution. All the plans and policies should focus the poor lot of society , policies should b formulated accordingly to bring a + ve change in the life of poor.Without lifting the level of poor we will not achieve the goal of being super power n developed country. Pesonnel involved in policy making must have empathy to poor so judging the ground reality and acting accordingly.

Institution alone does not bring change but people involved can bring. The burning example is PMO, the same PMO ,the same building, the same place when used by most of honorable PMs was not able to win confidence of mango people but as soon as sri Modi took d charge it has become a ray of hope for all d indians. An environment of possibilties has opened itself to b explored by all. This shows tht only a new body in place of Planning Commission will not help if it will not be decorated with honest

I think women at home has better economic planing. I always wonder to see max % going as unplanned spending and very little going to planned spending from any budgets. We should have some guidelines to all state/central budgets to have min %age to be planned.
Also, it would help if we give ratings on budgets for each state something like Ease of Doing business index. The more we spread awareness and bring to public notice things would change.

Respected PM,
Intention of the newly formed Govt is to arrange fruits quickly to the Public. That is also the people need today. PMO is taking care of people for the last 5 months without any problem to people. Expert Commission is any how in need for giving suggestions to PMO on any subject within 100 days. India will be developed country by 2020 or even earlier as said by our former President of India, Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam.

No need of making any commission as another expenditure and burden to common man, just add few tabs in this site where one can give direct suggestions to gov. regarding how to make a better gov. & their working. The big change is required in consitution and its working. Eg. Sec-249 says regarding sealing of property, but we have too much loop holes in this constitution that now it is turned as a tool for ruling party to use for opposition party and again common man is victim of this.
