Skill development is crucial and an important step for making country the 'Developed country'. It enables people to stay focused on what they want to achieve and find novel ways of doing it better thus leading to efficient improvements. It becomes imp to recognize the skill on the individual-side and to support that skill on the government-side. 'No work is small' should be the motive behind taking the first step and then thinking of how it would impact on larger scale. Dream big, realize it!

The hon.PM & team govt. have done very good, sincere & honest work during last 2 years, various schemes & project for development of nation and growth of poor people has been introduced, hon.PM suggest to use social media to reach such scheme to the people, but, I want to suggest that, It is more essential to move at grass root level within the people by various programmes and visit the constituency face to face by elected members and team, it will be more effective & benifited poor, best wishes

Skill development will increase the efficiency of work force. This will definitely help in taking India to grater heights. Then there would be no need to import goods. Our secondary and tertiary sector would be able to offer more employment opportunities to people. The unemployment rate will fall and quality of life of all people will rise. Poverty will decrease and the gap between rich and poor will also decrease. The growth of secondary and tertiary sectors in rural areas will be facilitated.

Today we of bus face the biggest problem is "Communication in English". In industry and business communication plays vital role. I am seeing lot of talent from rural india especially engineers. But owing to poor communication skills, they are not employable. Our focus is not only technical skill, but also make them conversant with English. That is the priority.

Skill development and Professionalism can play big role in our Economy.Only our education system is responsible.Skill Development should be start from class 6 as a subject or practical so tat after 10 or 12 there should no be any confusion. For that we hv to find best teachers which are not there or only 10-15%. Costly teachers are not easy to find we can use TV as teacher in class room. We hv to concentrate on quality in place of quality. We are teach only to make money not country name
