Skill development is required at all level of education.There are jobs in infrastructure related to highway, Railway but still civil engineers largely in building ,real state sectors are unable to get in highway and railway project due to no practical experience.My point is related ministry should relax experience criteria by using these civil engineers as trainee engineers in related post for some period so that they could become eligible to apply on different level of posts in highway and rail
