Sir,skill development is one of the important issue ,which no gov.gave a thought.I m thankfull to Modi ji for taking this issue. There should be specific skill centers where one enterpreneur can go and find the required workforce for his business and where one can go have the training to earn his livlihood. One month back I opened a dhaba, some Nepali workers joined me.In 10 days of joining they left the job and shop was closed. In next 4-5 days I got another Nepali karigar for the shop After 20 day

FICCI, ICCI, and many other industrial associations should start their own skill training centres to tackle the demand of labour market.

Quality is very important the skill to be developed par with the need of the industry. Agri sector needs more skilled persons. especially to operate machineries and tools. Animal husbandry is another sector which requires specialised skills. For Sustainable development we had to strengthen both Agriculture and Animal Husbandry by making a participatory approach in rainwater harvesting and linkage of rivers. by the people with the people.

I had worked with Ministry of HRD's Community development thru polytechnics - where I can see the change and also in Pudhu Vaazhvu project the youth are sent to a training centre of many as I visited and inspected is not upto the mark and there is no Quality. It is just name sake. I am unable to trace out the authority who were eligible to conduct the test and give the certificate. At the end the result is NIL in Pudhu Vaazhvu though they may say they had trained so many youths but what ends
