Skill development is very important. I have been in the trainig business the past four years and provide for Python programming free of cost. I have been covered by a not for profit organization. But I want to take this much further, making these training programs free of cost, or at a nominal price. I have seen the older folks struggle with a computer, they are in dire need of training to upgrade to the required skill levels.

Skill-training youth for soil-testing labs is a good initiative by your govt. Further skill them to detect food-adulteration ( in veggies, fish, milk etc.)- a menace in our country. Provide Mudra-loans to competent individuals, if they can run testing-labs under a Govt. license.
