It is as important, as for us to develop new skills for achieving new heights. The skills required in taking India forward in the 21st Century will be different what these are today. So, we need to think: Can we reach to new heights with existing skills or we should look to learn and unlearn point of view? What skills we would require to cope with this? What kind of workforce and leaders would be required? Which fields to be paid attention more in selecting leaders and workforce? cont....

When we talk of development of skills their is too much attention towards urban educated public. What we really need is shift of focus to RURAL UNEDUCTED/SOME WHAT EDUCATED RURAL POPULATION.Without shift of focus towards them their can be no "SABKA SATH".We shouldn't go by media publicity which is always towards urban middle class.Afterall most journalists belong to this group.

Every year more than 10 Lakh engineers graduate from college and universities across india. But only ~50% of them get jobs. Which means ~5 lakh engineers are jobless every year. The problem being the system is so diluted that these engineers have become handicapped with one leg having degree and the other leg of skill being amputated. The solution is improving their skills by giving them practical knowledge which can be catered to masses with the help of tech platforms like RemoteLabs.in.

The country needs good plumbers, electricians, machine operators, masons,Carpenters etc. But the skill for these people needs to be upgraded to match to the latest technology. In the new education policy, curriculum for these skills be included from middle school mandatorily so as to provide respect to these task and build interest as a career option. Similarly, minimum wage criteria should be based on skill levels and a general flat amount is not a good option.

Electricity is big problem specially in summer season, I want to suggest that, solar water tank mostly used in home by middle class family also, In summer season, solar penal is useless due to hot atmosphere, If, the solar penal is used for electricity generation for air condition, or air cooler or fan or other use and utilise its electricity generation capacity in summer,it will be more benificial for user as well as to govt. to save energy utilised in A/C,it should be encouraged, best wishes

govt. should provide atleast one solar pannel to every countryman at free of cost or at very low cost on the basis of UID adhaar card so that we can produce power at our home, this will also reduce the govt.'s effort to great extent in power generation.by this we can atleast run our lights and fans at any time when power is cut from the power house this way number of complaints for not having power can be minimised.skill should be developed for making and repairing solar equipments.

Beyond any doubt this idea is one of the best so far.We do have diversity in various fields, but still we demand unity as our strength. Most important thing is that what is the standard deviation of these diversities? I feel there is diversity in skill as well zone wise, education etc. By this plan and programme, diversity in this field atleast, will have less SD as compared to other items mentioned above. Thus this will increase the unity as well as efficiencY & quality in achievments & output
