Lack of skill only due to lack of shradhdha. If one is sincere whatever his profession may be cleaning streets or commanding army, then there will be growth in skill. We have to cultivate this attitude right from childhood so that all will learn anything with the aim of attaining perfection. Doing something for namesake will destroy the existing skills. Especially youth are facing unemployment problem by this reason. It is also a sort of discipline. Let us understand this dimension and response.

Where to give Ideas of great value. Except this column, i found difficulty. Ideas that are for National Security, for implementing Public Information Delivery System where one could put in information on Anti National or Terrorism related activities like One senses a terrorist activity brewing up but has no way to communicate to the Central Agency.... Knowing fully well how difficult it is to tell local police about same... I mean Citizen Helping Anti Terror Central Nodal Point to take action.

My idea relates more to growing a crop when Drought bothers. I could not find requied slot. So, I got on to Skill Development of Farmers to grow a Crop by the name QUINOA. It is a grain crop for edible seeds BUT world over people are switching away from Wheat to a Gluten Free Diet. 2013 was International Year of Quinoa. Price ha trippled during 2006 - 13.This crop s not only Gluten Free it also provides Food Security as it can grow under High Tempratures and Drought. pleas Think Over.
