our govt. use reserve category person to skill india and western country use deserve category to manage the system . to competitive in 21 century we have to change only one rule that is instead of reservation in govt. job reservation in pvt. job. which solve reservation problem which is not solved from 1947 so many sc st and obc people get job and our govt. have strong worker to control and develop system.today our taxetion department is not capable to control tax thief.

The development and growth of nation is only possible ,if women equally contributed in with self respect in growth of nation, therefore, job, self employed, handicraft work, outsourcing work, agricultural work, skill and unskilled work etc. should be encouraged for women, further, social protection and economic strength should be provided to women, safety and security is the important issues for women, it should be properly solved with co-ordination with state,political share is also important

Skill development is very important in taking India forward. But, more than that there should be enough opportunities for such skills and value should be given. In general, most of the activities will occur with some jugad arrangement and the quality standards are not stringent. In such cases, an unskilled person will do the job and temporarily satisfy the customer.
