The government is taking good initiatives in providing opportunities in skill development but there is need to keep strict vigil on providers. My housemaid recently joined n finished her training under beauty & wellness skill. But shockingly they were asked to appear for other students who had not completed the course or had attended for short time, that she refused. girls & ladies who had finished have not been called for exams as yet. This is demotivating for hard working and sincere people.

with automation taking root employment opportunities reduce. i have been automating several manual operations to avoid error, ensure quality and reduce litigations and unions. man is most dispensable today . population management is therefore important, 2.5%growth means 2 crores addition every year. former govts had no vision , it is unpopular perhaps . India would be world most livable country if population is 25 crores

today in news paper it was published that medical professionals need to undergo soft skill training . this is utmost essential and doctors should made to realize the importance. my experience is about 20% of doctors are capable of diagnosing out of routine diseases not serious in nature without much trial and error

medical profession has become medical business. this is due to short supply of doctors. i propose govt. examine increasing medical seats by three fold , enough talent is currently not having an opportunity to pursue the courses due to limited seats . with so many specialised hospital and calling ourselves leading medi care provided to the world it is necessary that permission to open more medical colleges be permitted. please look into

today's world is based on technology first . best will prevail . US is leading and is engaging qualified people from the world to continuously lead in technology. India is way behind in this field. our education does not prepare graduates to perform neither does our environment . same students who are partly prepared perform very well in US I am a mechanical engineer retired with skill in industry management from construction to operations . i would glad to be of use in skill India program
