Hon.PM, I want to ask you why in MGNREGA we are asking our village youths to dig holes or carry load. Why can not we ask them to use their local artwork like Wari art from Maharastra we can ask the youths to paint the whole village with the Wari art we can then have the village be part of the tourism. This way we can promote tourism do not invest lot in thier skill development. So it is win win for the govt and village.
