I have been studied for 18 years of my life which is useless without skill so skill development should be started from primary level itself. this is the only way to make revolution to India as for as skill development is concerned. last but not least Skill is important rather than study that is what i learned till now in my life.

It is very imp.,skill development can be started from school level to college level & their after.students to encouraged to use power of internet to understand new things, develop projects, utilization of facilities may be 2~3shifts for practical, we need to follow system of Japan on imparting skill in line with industry needs

Very important as India needs its youth to be practically ready . need to set up practical knowledge camps for everyone . not to depend on only top 10 institutions of India . Need to organise competition repeatedl for youth .

In respect to real estate act & regulation, the hon.PM & govt. have made good effort to regularised and control over the manipulation in estate business, I want to suggest that, real estate sector is very important for the govt. scheme "Home to all" to the poor and needy people, therefore, it require some relaxation to encourage the scheme and persons who are connected with business of real estate,e.i. taxation, stamp duty, financial sources etc. relief can be given,GST will also give benefit

Skills can be developed in the youth of this country only if our Educational Institutions adopt proper certification process. For example less than 5% of our Engineering graduates are having skills required for the job. Industry says, we get certified engineers but not qualified engineers. By and large marks awarded based on quantum and not on content. Otherwise, why Indian students are sent back from US for not having basic programming skills. Computer based evaluation can solve this problem.

Skill development initiative taken by govt. is adorable because that is our future. In coming years this will be our economic score. Indians I believe are intelligent has multi tasking abilities in brain otherwise why would there be a demand for Indians abroad where they are doing well. I have certain suggestions like I read about industry 4.0 (industrial revolution no 4 ). It is the most modern form of industrialization. It will help the country to leap as a major manufacturing hub.

The above quote by Mahatama Gandhi and once said by our Prime Minister that “No person is big or small. If we give emphasis on the dignity of an individual then change can be brought about”. Absolutely, this change predicted the need of skill development in establishing the dignity of a person, which goes towards our future growth, innovation, and productivity. God has blessed every one with skills and mystique skills, the need is to develop and turn the dream into reality.
