The Mahatma Gandhi once emphasized the need of skill development by saying that “Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.” The quote by Mahatma Gandhi seems to most relevant in 21st century.

In the economy of 21st Century , skills will be the raw material rather than natural resources. The skill development will lead us how to imagine the unimaginable and hone our creative skills. Skill development will be our our ability to compete as a nation. This century’s economies will compete by producing “innovative products and services by using the most advanced methods”. We have to start from today itself because “Every artist was first an amateur”. Continued..

The hon. PM and Govt. has made so much effort to encourage the renewable energy and made much progress, I want to suggest that, HOME TO HOME, all the person should encourage and facilitate to generate solar power, if there are more confort to the people, they can also install wind wave to generate the energy, if the excess energy generated, it should be purchased by govt. and should be utilised wherever it is required., public have also get source of income and nation can fulfill elec.requirment

Human resources are an asset for the country. It is the need of an hour to educate the human force to enable INDIA to top the list of developed countries. No other resource can be productive on its own, unless humans have the potential to tap it.like, Japan invests in its HR. For this loopholes in the education system to be seriously looked into.. let's strengthen the skill development process in India to make it a better platform for the golden arms of the country. Thankyou!
