For Skill development to gain momentum I feel that government should certify people in each city for giving skill development training to the people who want the training. There should be a process to apply as skill development trainer and after a certification process people should be certified in different field and can provide the skill training to the sorrounding people. This could involve people with different skill sets to train people and surely help this program grow on national level.

Moving forward and Development are surely co-related; and I am wondering........ if we need to identify (or common-ify) what do we pursue while 'demanding' development? what i mean is - are we looking at this scene commonly that by skill development whom do we wish to lead & from which point to where ? what ensures to us that we have moved forward in 21st century? aren't we already moving ? why this moving isn't sufficient ? and I am holding this questions........

The vision and concept of disclosure scheme to give one opportunity to our citizen is good, but,it will be more successful,if some changes can be made, people of logic mind can't pay tax of 45000/= to make white of rs. 55000/= e.i. tax of rs.45000/=on rs.1 lac for getting white money rs.55000/= is very hard & tax to be charged on resent valuation of old asset instead of cost is also not viable, it is better to disclose in regular return of AY 16-17 instead of disclosure scheme,pl.reconsider, thks

Skill dev happening very scattered way. Lack of awareness among ones looking for training. Industry need analysis geography wise should be done and then certified people should be ensured placement thru same institute. Most imp everyone should know where, how, when , which institute is giving traing, pre requisite for it.Date of application, web site id if online should be telecasted again again on all print & electronics media. Every org should be audited to see% of certd.emp.getting placed.

Think practical... In Coming Years:- 1.Graduation ~> No job guarantee 2.Graduation+Exp ~> companies give preference to give job 3.But Graduation+own Skills~> Become Entrepreneur nd also create opportunities to for others to work 4.illiterate + Skills ~> Less poverty nd can fulfil his basic needs(food cloths ..).. So in coming years- Skill development->Ability to earn->Less Poverty->independent ->growth of infia gradually. Thank you.

Skill development in India is not only essential to every citizen but also equally required for elimination of poverty from rural and urban area. The skill about any stream is only guarantee for success in any field even if you are doing your own business.
