In respect to income disclosure scheme, advertisement , publicity, seminar meeting with various trade and practitioner are started for awarness is good, but, I want to suggest that, the tax @ 45% and the date of valuation is very hard, if the date of purchase and cost of the property/assets considered on actual verification basis, assessee can be ready to pay @45% on gain, otherwise, any such person can sale the propery in current year by considering gift @0 value cost and pay LTCG tax only 20%

FDI in Education -- Government should allow 100% FDI in education sector too, and allow major foreign universities to open their institutes or collaborate with Indian universities but under legal restrictions. It will be beneficial for us especially in Research and development sector. It will also stop brain drain ,and our young and talented youth will have to rethink towards moving to western countries. Jai Hind.
