Skill is the motivating force of the financial growth and community development of any country.so to identify and improve individual's skills,we should start a one campaign or a motivational lecture at least for an hour per week. Motivational lecture creates a spark in their minds and they start thinking what they want to be and how the will be at stage of teenage, make an education system include more practical learning instead of lots of exams.go for quality education.

mandate yearly three months mandatory work experience in recognised workshops/firms for ITI certification. encourage school or college dropouts to finish ITI as alternative career path. although they are poor in memorising/analysing, they can quickly learn manual working operations, hence can benefit a lot from ITI course. collaborate with industry, give concessions to firms/workshops that give apprenticeship to ITI students, introduce specialisations like AC, TV, computer, car, bike

too much focus on theoretical (read mug up) evaluation has reduced our students to paper-tigers; reduce theoretical examinations to half of what is today, mandate practise of what is taught as part of course. there is no match between the theoretical stuff taught and the lab exercises they do. enhance the quality & depth of lab exercises to industry standards in order to ensure they can join work on what they learnt. today, a computer science engineering graduate cannot write a simple web page

It is important to develop skills from the childhood itself as they are future of this country. It is necessary to identify the skills of the child and improve it. Scope should be develop from the school level for enhancement of various skills. New technology should be taught from school level itself. So in future the student will be well enogh to take decision of its future. Skill development is necessary and should be complusory from the root level. FDI should introduce in this.

Sir,while appreciating the positive steps in skill development by the Government,I feel the focus should be more on creating jobs within the villages instead of focusing on polarisation towards urban area, because a youth from the rural area comes to the urban circumference finds it either very difficult to sustain in the city or donot accept the job beyond their village.1] The government should focus on infrastructure development of the urban area so as to bear the pressure of polarisation.
