Skill development is very important and to help the young people master the different types of skills, skill development centres should be established in large numbers across the country particularly in the rural areas where the people find it difficulty in travelling.Training in different skills will enable the citizens to go for self employment and they can even provide employment to other people.Loans can also be arranged against a low rate of interest for the successful learners.

ITI & NTI should be started in states where the population density is high. This will propel to generate SME in big way which in turn will help youths from those states/cities to get jobs. Cost of production will be low due to lesser salary cost to the entity. We should integrate all diploma/engg colleges digitally and improve the flow of knowledge/people/professors/students and more over awareness of the institute to improve the skill development initiatives

ENERGY in any form. People need ENERGY IN different form. If the states are provided with electricity which have been denied for decades will change the dynamics of these states very rapidly. If we provide electricity to all in next 1-2 years our GDP will grow by 2%. can be a 2 trillion economy by 2019. People have the skill sets and knowledge due to lack of lack of energy requirement people have not started industries/companies in states like UP/BIHAR/NE

The quality of education post privatisation of education in India is so poor that almost 90% of such youth is unemployable. Why don't you tighten noose around such private universities, take over and improve the quality of education.

first of all, one should know what he/she can do for the nation. If he/she can give some service to the nation/ community, community will return the same on other way to him. So first one can mindset what type of service he/she can do for the nation. Government also focus on the largest sector of the country like agriculture / and environment of the country.I fear after 5 year the pollution of the environment, employment , engagement will grow so high, it will be beyond control. One shoud

First the government should focus on skill development of bank managers who have the conservative mindset of not giving loans to the start ups. They don't trust young entrepreneurs and at the same time dont want to take any risk. They always give loans to established organizations. Even the new schemes announced by our Honorable PM are just for the sake of websites. This is pathetic. There is lot of difference between talking and implementing

Today an ITI pass student don't want to do job but goes for Polytechnic Diploma even if job is offered in the hope of better scope. A Diploma holder goes for BE instead of job. And after BE a big zero in hand as Industry want few Engineers and large no of people who can work with own hands. Few people are ready for field job & most want Office/table job that is really creating unbalance in job market/ job availability for youth. Govt should focus on tackling this problem.

There is no doubt on the importance of skill development for India but more important is what policies will make Indian youth skilled. some policies may be 1. Student should feel that after taking education in Vocational courses his scope in life will not be restricted to only as worker but he can also grab opportunities that are available to other Graduates. So lateral equivalence and entry should be possible.
