Agriculture is to be given more importance in skill training that too integrated farming methods according to the climatic conditions and soil. As a wandering social worker i visited many parts and found that our farmers are hard workers and they are not properly guided. there is lot many potentials in export surplus growth in agricultural sector but good skilled personnel and willing to work hard is needed. Use of equipment and tools in a gender friendly way is also to be given importance.

In respect to education policy, There are some different views related to semester system and examination system e.i. OMR question style v/s. descriptive answer system, I want to suggest that there should be yearly examination system and OMR answer weight should be 25% and descriptive including short 1 mark to descriptive 5 marks answer should be 25% & 50%, further, education system should be strict and disclipline oriented, while atmosphere should be free and freindly for education, best wishes

our government is doing well for educating and skill our new generation but the facilities are not going to the needy person.skill India projects are taking by those who have money and they are misleading the youth.they r not skill them they just distributing certificate to them and earning for themselves.they are making ore profit by government projects, and poor is still not earning.so plz be careful govt officials when u r giving responsibilities to such institutions or persons.

Indian education system has to change from its traditional ways of teaching to as per the requirements of industry. it has to be more practical then theoretical. I am afraid to tell current condition of colleges, specifically govt. coll. they are just bound to books, having no idea about the world outside. in a way its not their mistake, they are just following the path, one which showed their trainer. and this is where we need to work, to put push them into open world, let them persuade dream

Sir, No one in the World has any doubt that you are a good orator. In today's situation this is very much need as Ministers are selling their good thoughts and concepts for better region. But recently I have seen some of Ministers in my state (Ass) are unable to convey their message properly to the people as their home work is not enough. I would request you to train those Ministers so that they can deliberate their innovative thoughts to the people and make their state more prosperous.

skill development in India exists from ancient days, we could observe this clearly since many Indians were taking their part in the development of many fields not only in India but also in other countries. Hence we must think how to make Indians aware of the importance of the skill development, because in India people who had clarity about the importance of skill development were making their way clear and easy, but who don't have any knowledge about the skill development were losing chances.
