Skill development, is of paramount importance. equally important is a platform for a person to market or exhibit himself. There are portals presently available but are largely for professionals and software engineers. similarly, the govt can come up with a simple skilled jobs portal (employment & job works & e-commerce combo) wherein people from across country can register and highlight their skills. This will help me reach a plumbr or electrn at ease. Govt can charge a fee from end user.

R Sir, I agree With Skill Devlopment but After Skill Devlopment Jobs Requied But in India The Salary Offer by Private Sector is Not So Good its Good After a Wast experience .In Few Case A B.tech Engineer Salary is 8k in month and A Labour earn 400 per Day.I dont want to equilaize but atleast set a Base Salary According For All Company.And Company Wants Experience Persons.if u are not provide chance to fresher So how can he/she get experience....Its Also Big Problem.So please Make Changes in it.

Skill development is very important to taking India forward, but we don't have to rely on structured syllabus for that purpose, we need to use audio-visuals to achieve that goal. Literacy is important, but writings skills must not over-weigh skill training.
