It is very regretted to say that what is the importance of skill in India. How many employee have good skills who are working in the public sector especially in central government department. In the corporate sector there is no any rule and mostly educated person have a good technical skills but not found the relevant job there own field. Modi Ji thinks only central employee have family exist so he has passed the 7th Vetan Ayog for next election.

I am serving in gulf as mechanical engineer in refinery. following steps should be taken to encourage skill development and employment in gulf. 1.All PSU/Pvt refinery and petrochem co. should take 50-100 engineers as trainee every year. It is observed that govt cos are recruiting very less compare to Reliance and Essar. Here new employees are coming from Reliance and Essar refinery. 2. Employment exch should plan and coordinate with gulf manpower recruitment co.like Gheewala/Jvi.

Skills are very important for any task. Skills can be imparted by an experienced person into a fresher one. To achieve this we need to create environment for 2 hours, 4 hours part time jobs. Senior retired persons are important in this chain, if coordinated for this task. Also weekend and holiday jobs which will help students and the job giver. So that the Job givers will find skilled persons when needed. Skilling exercises needs to be subsidized or supported by tax benefits

FIRSTLY THERE SHOULD BE HUGE ORIENTATION OF YOUTH FORCE NOT KEEP LOOKING FOR ONLY GOVT JOBS AFTER WHICH THERE MUST BE FORCEFUL TEAMS TO EXPLORE INDIVIDUALS' APTITUDE AND DIRECT EACH TOWARDS THE PARTICULAR SKILLS BASED ON THE APTITUDE. THERE CANNOT BE AN ALTERNATIVE TO SUCCESS IN SKILL DEVELOPMENT. THE GOVT HAS TO RECOGNIZE THIS CHARACTER OF HUMANS.

The employers should be made equally responsible as government to impart skills to job seekers. They have to feel it as their responsibility in nation building.
