In respect to coal distribution policy, the objects of govt. is very good to increase the production of coal. I want to suggest that, The requirement of coal in various public oriented and development project should be analysed for priority purpose, e.i. electricity production, steel industries etc., furhter, the coal should be alloted on priority base to the special sector by whom the development, generation of employment can be achieved more, by which GDP will increased will benifit the nation

Frankly speaking, I find the huge young population of India as a great liability rather than an advantage. However hard GoI tries, (through various welfare programmes), the huge young population will complain that GoI is not doing enough. Because with technological advances and automation, there is going to be lower demand for manpower. So there is goimg to be rise in unemployment. Skill training is vital. Students from high school onwards should be imparted multi skill training.

When going in for a job, a student/youngster is checked for personality, communication skills, interpersonal skills and professional skills. However, our schools and colleges give little importance to these aspects. NCERT could make a beginning with all the schools under its umbrella. This could be followed up by MCI, DCI, AICTE and other professional umbrella organisations.

Presently, schools and colleges base their syllabus on just imparting theoretical knowledge. All educational institutions should be encouraged to amend their syllabus to impart practical knowledge. The syllabus should have a ratio of at least 60% practical knowledge and 40% theoretical knowledge. All professional courses, especially, engineering colleges should revise their courses to make them job specific.
