Skill development makes the education system relevant to the world of work. It is the best method of making education pragmatic . just paper degrees are of no value. FOR E.G. a good clerk is our requirement not mere management personnel but getting an MBA to do the administrative work is better choice of skill development. Writing a text book is not the job of teacher but take an article from allfields written by people and compile it is the skill of journalism.

I want to say that in govt. Sectors most of post are lying vacant and these posts temporarily filled on contract basis and these contact employees are given very meagre salary. However they are worked more efficiently than regular employees. so a policy should be made for these contact employees and they should be regularised. Moreover, a handsome salary should be fixed so they can fulfill their family needs.

Skill development is necessary in present situation. Most of students bachelors level masters level are just trying shortcuts to just clear degree and alter towards entertainment and comfort.Besides this schools colleges are not focusing on practical knowledge, studying with practicing physically gives perfect knowledge.Skill development should be started from school level itself w.r.t teachers.Students should read genuinely to earn knowledge & think physically comparing vth our locality.Jai Hind
