2) This government has failed to re-launch ‘Jan Aushadhi’ stores for selling medicines at an affordable cost to the peoples. If it had been launched this would help for poor and also for middle class peoples who does not get any either benefits. And this required sufficient public awareness.

Implement Beti Bachao,Beti Padao scheme effectively. The fact that a new scheme has been thought of to prevent the killing of girls in the womb or soon after they are born, shows that earlier programmes have not been very successful. This financial schemes will benefit girl children to provide an incentive to bring up and educate girls in some cases and financially support them. The dowry system has created a bias against girls.

The levels of learning & comprehension among childrens in schools has been detiorated. Many childrens in lower classes cannot even recognize words & figures. The overall sense is that children do not acquire simple reading, writing & arithmetic skills even after spending many years in school. The RTE & other programmes have helped to increase enrollment & attendance. Most of the funds projected for the programmes are being also misused and not utilized properly.

The survey of the latest census revealing that about 3000 qualified Indians pushed to begging (published in Deccan herald Newspaper on 29th December, 2015).It is very depressing to know that Indian qualified with Degree’s and Diploma’s in technical field are begging on the streets. The shows the effect of implementation of various employment generated programmes setup by states and central governments under various schemes. Many are programmes that would be on-going with no definite start & end.

Parliament is meant to discuss, debate and legislate on vital national issues.Disturbing working of parliament and assemblies without any reason is a bad signs for democratic functioning and must be condemned by all. They make laws for everyone and expect the same from everyone to follow these laws. Thus required stringent law regulating the business of our legislatures with an Independent Authority to ensure its compliance.

The physical infrastructure like poor roads, traffic jams, lack of proper electricity, garbage woes and dumping on the streets is crumbling. Bangalore is no longer an attractive liveable city. Corruption is all pervasive as the city’s growth. But the investors are no longer convinced about the government sincerity to make things happen for them to make compelling investment decisions. It seems that peoples left in the lurch with the Government of Karnataka turning a blind eye to their problems

The start-up India is a welcome initiative steps taken by the Government. But the Government needs to do a lot more towards improving the Industries in India. It is the skill of the Government to accommodate people with different ideologies. People usually look for business in a stable government. And it should encourage the entrepreneurs and promote ease of doing business. So can also create many jobs for young, educated unemployed persons.
