The Government should explore the possibilities of mopping up Revenues from Sources where people conceal their income to evade tax. The tax base should be expanded without further burdening the existing class of tax payers. Taxing on terminal benefits is unfair.

The Bureaucrat promptness must not go waste & honest civil servants will be allowed to do their work honestly & fearlessly. There are quite a few honest, courageous & bold officers in the civil services in the country who are doing commendable service to the country even at great personal risk. A fair, independent inquiry will instill great confidence in other honest officers to continue their good work.

The ruling of an International Tribunal has rightly delivered a stinging rebuke of China’s behavior in the South China Sea, including its construction of artificial Island. The China’s attitude of criticizing the small nations around its border is not new. The International Tribunal ruling that there is “no legal basis for China to claim historic rights” to the seas is a severe and stellar blow to China. Now the China has no historic rights in the water way.

There are very few skilled and hardworking Trainers or Teachers in Polytechnic Colleges, Others are just doing there day to day work not taking Teaching seriously. If College and Polytechnic Trainers are not skilled then how students will learn basic practical knowledge in Colleges.

Skill development is too much important if India wants to be Superpower. What I would like to suggest is to let people choose their skills rather than providing fixed set of skills. Let him have knowledge of everything till High school and then, it should be that individual's choice to choose any skill he wants to pursue and make his career in. That way, the skill he chooses would be something he would love to do and would master it in quick time.

A major hurdle in our skill development is people studying subjects that do not suit them. Every parent wants their child to study some hot subject. Once a student chooses a subject, their destiny is set in stone. This must change. People should have an option to switch subjects at any time so as to do what they love doing. It may add an year or so to their education, but we should not brand them as failures (social issues :-(). Directive in this regard should help skilled worker pool improve.
