In the past few months we all have worked in conjunction towards making Tumakuru a Smart City. The citizen feedback received in Stage 1 and 2 of this Challenge have been carefully analyzed to articulate the vision, goals and prioritized Area Based Development & PAN City projects proposed in the Smart City Proposal.

As part of the process for Round 3 Citizen Engagement, Tumakuru City Corporation is inviting everyone related to Tumakuru for your feedback as well as valuable suggestions on the proposal.

Introducing all in one optical fibre cable in smart city. The various cable network companies can share all in one optical fibre cable and give service by paying rent. This heIps to prevent the digging of the roads.

this was made available to us. At current prices, the per capita income in Tumkur City was Rs. 49,119 which was the highest among all the taluks

When the garbage reaches the level of the sensor, then that indication will be given to ARM 7 Controller. The controller will give indication to the driver of garbage collection truck as to which garbage bin is completely filled and needs urgent attention. ARM 7 will give indication by sending SMS using GSM technology

They can pay bills from this card like water bill,telephone bill, licence,electricity bill ,transport,birth certificate,death certficate,property tax,complaint registration.

The per capita income taluk wise has been estimated only for one year, i.e., for 2008-09 by the Directorate of Economics and Statistics,
