dismantle/reduce the parasitic, exploitative, stinking, outdated, overpopulated indian babudom of 3 crores (officers of central + 29 state+ thousands of local bodies), to establish bond between the two. unless bureacratic hurdles and tax terrorism is eliminated, no pravasi bharatiya will come to india.

pravasi bhartiya ,
bhartiya person ke pravasi hone ka asli karan yogyta ki puri upesha hai( by the ovts.,adhikari).
Aaap aajadi ke baad bhi gulami jaisa vatavaran public ko de rahe they. Sirf investment mangne se desh ka bhala nahi hoga, IZZAT dena jaroori hai hunar, yogyta ko bina bhai bhatijavaad bhadaye hue.

The Global Diaspora Week(GDW) organised by iDEA(International Diaspora Engagement and Alliance) hosts a number of events throught a week incliding Reception,Art Exhibition,Visual exhibition and tours for the Diaspora.
Similarly on the same lines we can organise an Art and Visual exhibition showcasing tge history and success stories of Indian Diaspora around the World.Even diaspora can themselves organise or participate in a section in this exhibition.Post PBD a small tour can be organsed around

Each and every person registered with GOI as PIO or COI ie every NRI should receive an invitation to visit India for the PBD 2015.There should be a grand welcome for all with a Rock+Classical Concert.
If most of the NRIs visit India we would receive a huge inflow of Tourist Business as first instance of their investment and it would also balance the cost of such grand celebration.

I am Santhosh Kumar From Thrissur District - Kerala State.
several government implemented schemes for controlling populationIf it controlled by law, there will be more complications like minority majority communal problems.
If ‘Desh Bhakth lok” trying to control the birth, they will become fools, they will get nothing.
If you are offering 10% or 20% reservation to single child on government jobs, military forces, state government jobs, central government jobs, there will be a dramatically change

A web based portal should be developed inviting all members of Indian diaspora to share their views and contribute money and skill to India. Encouragement can also be given in the form of tax sops and recognition such as Padma-shree / bhushan etc.
