The people think that the products given by the government are not good or Higenic.. But my view about it is wrong. Government of India is doing best for the poor and needed children. The one product comes in Anganvadi... Bal Shakti is best for the children's good health and nutrition. I make a vegetarian cake from this Balskakti.. and my child enjoying it much. So be faithful with the products given by the government and use it well for your children. This is reliable and tasty too. Be Healthy

Good Nutrition practices for the overall development of health we should practice old-style eating habits that are having early dinner and sleeping on time are very important. As per the climatic conditions we have to eat and plan our diet accordingly such as eating seasonal fruits and vegetables. Preferring vegetables, pulses, grains, dry fruits and nuts are the healthier options to try to include in our daily life The very best option is millets include in the diet daily.

Say no to Refined flours and processed sugar. Use them to a very minimal extent to avoid sugar spikes, mood swings, hyper behaviour, especially in children. This is my personal experience. The things we buy not more than once in an year are Sooji, White Sugar, Maida, Semya, Maggi, and probably more. We use alternatives like wheat bansi rava, whole wheat pasta, and jaggery. Even for tea/coffee, we use jaggery powder, no sugar.
