First plan the activities and then according to it plan the full of nutritional diets🍳🍎🍌🍒.... Female and male both need different amount of calories per day.. So for this should have proper knowledge and right plane.

1.Get fresh fruits and vegetables from a local farmer or market instead of going to supermarkets. 2. Eat seasonal foods to get the best of nutrients. 3. Consume immune-boosting foods such as herbs and spices as part of your diet. 4. Buy and consume fortified foods and always look for the F+ logo. 5. Exclusive breastfeeding and complementary foods are a must for the healthy start of a child.

Be careful when you are having any type of food because many peoples are growing so quickly many vegetables and fruits by injecting chemical in it 😠😠😡😠😠😠

 Make half your plate fruits and vegetables. Make half the grains you eat whole grains. Switch to fat-free or low-fat (1%) milk. Choose a variety of lean protein foods. Compare sodium in foods. Drink water instead of sugary drinks. Eat some seafood. Cut back on solid fats.
