नमस्कार 🚩 Poshan Bharat, their needs to be clusters made taking crops from own visinity and prepare a mixer of nutritious powder or a bar/our crops have fiber protein/carbohydrates/sweetening Niviya plant Make staple diet. Wheat/Bajari/Jwari/ Nachani/Moong dal mixture mixed with Jagari to make Organic chikki. another thought is with new farmer Bill the vegetable can be procured by private player dry, chop make ready to use vegetable with Indian masala/creat cluster of industries/jobs.

Good nutrition is not onlyrelated to the how much we eat as some people misunderstood it with that it's just about the quality of food we are having .We must ensure that the basic protein should be provided to everyone for a better body building and also energy giving foods are to be taken for being energetic instead of high fat diet as it could create further problems by accumulation of fat as we don't have a very motile life style nowadays. just a single suggestion "choose your diet smartly"

Respected Sir, Rice,roti,flattened rice,curd,milk,cheese,ghee,dal,green leafy vegetables,brinjal,plantain,tomato,potato,papaya,drum stick,eggs,small fishes are nutritious foods for human growth.So people should consume all these foods regularly.

Don't skip meals. eat balanced meal as cereals/millets, veggies,milk products. Including different varieties and easily available foods as curd rice with jaggery.
