i think it is very easy to improve maternal and child health and tribal area.
for that we have to act on gram panchayat level very strictly.
we have to create pradhan houses at every panchayati gram. in that we have to keep video conferece facility. we can train many tribal at a time with this facility with their regional language.this is success of digital india.
And make medical commiti at every gram panchahyat level that should iclude health professional.

Why only doctors nurses, hospitals or any other such facilities (aid of funds) are the only source to help the affected people.
However here is my simple suggestion:
We should make them aware of home remedies available or the help available from nature,by this they would understand the importance of Healthy Life. If they know such types of remedies we should let them know some more.
After setting the above platform then we should make them ware of the further facilities.

1) Lack of awareness or lack of proper advertisements about free immunization in the tribal areas.
2)Unavailability of proper consultation nearby house.
3) Is there any superstitions control the women in tribal area related to pregnancy or immunization?
4) Create medical representatives among tribals for this purpose. Like some tribal woman trained to provide guidance in pregenancy complications.
5) regular health camps in tribal areas to give women of medical facilities.

#Tribal : Less tribal pregnant women are vaccinated due to lack of awareness. First we have to educate them by group of volunteers after necessary training. Here role of women are important. Mobile health facilities can be started. A van with a doctor, paramedical staff along with the vaccines can track all the tribal pregnant women in a particular geographic area & vaccinate the women. The record of their vaccination status can also be maintained.

make a law that for any child for getting admission into any govt school or college or hostel, he should be completely immunised with a certificate from concerned medical officer. this should be implemented for all children irrespective of caste creed and religion.

2) announcement of the program on tv , radio whichever is more penetration in that area.
