Sir, For bringing improvements in any Central/State Govt. Organization, it is necessary that: 1) CCA rules should be followed scrupulously. Many times strict action cannot be taken against some officials because of their caste/relation with local political leaders. 2) staff are given periodical training for upgrading their knowledge & technology. 3) No staff should be allowed to take shelter of exemption from transfer on one pretext or other. 4) Staff union activities are minimized.

Sir/Madam, We always come across many ideas, I want to share with you one Idea for a prosperous Celebration with less pollution. I understand parents buy crackers even without a will for their child's happiness even when they know it is disturbing our nature. But I have faced difficulty in breathing especially in Faridabad and Delhi Region which makes me fear for the poor. We must allow a fixed amount of crackers or a set that a family can issue. We will not allow the members to buy more.

Providing education just to children won’t solve the problem of illiteracy, as many adults in India are also untouched by education. The government of India must take the necessary steps to eradicate it by creating more government and public sector job opportunities. Also, it needs to support private sector industry that could provide jobs to the ones who really deserve it.

The government of India needs to create an ecosystem that enables private investments, increased consumption, the competitiveness of exports and swift infrastructural investment. These steps can catapult India to the status of a global superpower that it rightly deserves.
