My suggestions : -
1. Paperless (digital) offices are necessary.
2. Recruitment should be on contact basis.
3. Retirement age should be 50 so that many persons can get government jobs.
4. Unnecessary posts should be eliminated.
5. Acknowledgement should be given immediately when applications and documents are handed over in government offices.
6. Employees who maintain their offices clean and consume less power should be honoured.
7. Solar energy should be used.

Respected sir,
Government should take initiative for implementation of new employment generation programme for youngsters based on different skills. So it will start from different skill development programmes, Based on different skill development programme a person can start their own business or finding a new job. Ease of starting a new business in our country is also a major threat. So every process should be lenient and transparent to start a new business in our country.
