If money is allotted for Capex projects (example : highways) of the states if funds are not utilised to implement the project in a particular year what happens to that fund? Everybody knows it is forfeited in any other project in any other state by the Union government. In industries if project is not achieved its targets the project manager gets replaced by the management within no time. Industries regularly conduct project review meetings and update recovery schedules if there is any delay in the project. Do we have such measures in place? We the people should know state wise comparison of funds allocated for Capex budgets verses funds utilised by the states, hope this will help us to understand which state leader is clever. I think this should be one the key performance indicator (KPI) for a state, and should reflect in the dashboard.

Hello Sir, We are spending much more money & time on Digital India. But Actually, Normal people are not getting help from this still. 1. They rejected my application when I apply online. They accepted it once I pay them illegally after by reaching office. 2. I need to pay officer to get Driving license. There are digital applications to fill, but they won't work to pay online, I need to visit the office there they asked to pay more. 3. We need applications to be filled by citizens and to be tracked in online and status to be updated in online in every sector. Most of websites won't work properly for application/complain. 4. There should be some solution for non-criminal cases in max 1 year. Keeping pending cases in Courts and hearings after died of applicant is not good. LAW should be simplified.

In the budget, youth employment and scientific development were not gained much attention. I request please pay attention to these critical components of nation-building.
