The decisions are made, jot down on paper but they need to be thoroughly implemented. It should reach ground level. People should be made aware of all the schemes they are provided by the government, so that they can ask for the same. There should be a chain which makes awareness of the schemes like govt. officers, institutional officers, T.V., news papers, social media, Pamphlets etc. If some schemes are not being implemented correctly or to its full extent there should be a way like complaint to seniors and get it done, surprise checking be done from seniors etc.

GST looks more like a scam which gives numerous opportunities to GST officers to collect bribes. Govt doesn’t care for corruption within because it’s coffers are filling more from this indirect tax than the direct taxes. We also observe that govt is not fair in distribution of GST to states. This hurts federal structure of our governance.
