4. Giving importance to ' Go green ' products, vocal for local etc. Putting other States stall ( handicrafts etc) for other states, whichever is not available or handlooms etc. Generally we can see southside like In tamilnadu in Karnatake etc Rajasthan handaloom, Punjab handaloom ,Kashmir etc. Probably 2 or 3 other states products. Probably can share North East states, other states which never put in these state one or 2. It will be different theme. Need to validate and take it.
5. Digital India really makes us to proceed fast. It is saving lots of time. Probably this will help startup or other small business to start the company procedures quick and fast. But data maintenance need to be careful while growing data tendency. Maintenance is very important.

Dear Modi sir,
We know that so many Handicrafts & Handlooms workers are available now-a-days.
They take all benefits from yours.Philatelists and Numeristics also available today. Stamp collectors and Coins collectors and Currency collectors are also available. So many exhibitions are conducted by associations or private organisations. The government either central or state is organised philatelic, Numeric exhibitions very less.I am also a member of GNPS LM 276.So we request you provide a scheme on encouraged stamp collectors and coin collectors including associations and major Head Post Offices. Then only our POSTAL department runs more than 1000 years next.

For UP aiming to become one trillion-dollar economy, their physical ROC office is in the old industrial hub of Kanpur. New economic activity is in NOIDA and Lucknow. Can we set up physical offices in NOIDA and Lucknow please? You might respond by saying that all ROC is online. So, why do we need to physical offices for ROC in NOIDA and Lucknow. Because when ROC delays simple application, you need to visit an officer to follow up. How can a small businessman visit Kanpur from NOIDA and waste a day? Well, employ a gatekeeper (CA/CS) or agent to follow up on your behalf? Time, money and uncertainty for the business owner.

For changing company address for a private LLP, I need to submit a request on ROC site on a stamp paper signed by CS/CA. Pay tax to the government and fee to CA/CS. Why does government need to get gatekeepers (CS/CA) to stamp address change document? LLP partner (with valid DIN) should be able to submit simple business address change on ROC website on paying user fee. Creates delays and expenses.

For setting up a new private LLP company in Digital India, we need to submit LLP agreement printed on stamp paper which needs to be purchased from an agent. Print the agreement on paper and pay a broker (CA) to attest and submit (pay Rs. 25K). Why does ROC care about involving CA or Company Secretary for creating a new private limited company? I live in USA and I do not need a CA/CPA or Company Secretary to start a business. For complex busineses, I may choose to submit. However, why does ROC insist on CS/CA to submit new company formation documents? If the goal is to collect taxes, please increase tax. Do not need gatekeepers (CA/CS) for private businesses to stamp documents before sending to ROC.

To set a new private limited company or LLP, the partner/Director needs to get a DIN which verifies the physical address and ID proof of the owner. Now, we also need a physical office address for the proposed company. Why do you need a physical office address for the company? Today, we have to rely on a virtual office company (pay ₹₹₹ per month) to get a sample office. Now that DIN requires verification, in Digital India, why do you insist on a physical address proof. I am in USA and I only have to provide a preferred address for any postal correspondence. No need for rental agreement or electricity bill in the name of the business. What a waste to discourage startups?

As a private limited company, we have to do two audits - Income Tax audit and Registrar of Companies audit. As a private company, why do we need two audits? I own a private company in USA. I only need to register the company with ROC equivalent authority once a year. I do not need to get accounts audited twice (ROC and IT) to pay income tax. Two audits are a waste of resources and energy for the business owners. Only CAs benefit from this exercise. As a solution, if ROC needs answers to any question, they can ask for Income Tax return.
