Shri Narendera Modi ji Jai Hind I am a retired person and suffered by an unconstitutional and against fundamental right of equality when I was paid my leave encashment on retirement which had limit of 3lacs only as non taxable being a non Governmental employee. Balance of leave encashment paid to me attracted a tax of 30% as per slab under IT act section 10 10(AA) ii , a clear discrepancy between non government and government employees, having total leave encashment as non taxable. I represented to Finance ministry,CPGRAMS, CBDOT etc. and happy that Smt Sitaraman ji our FM has proposed the limit under this section from 3lacs to 25lacs as non taxable. This is to remind you that when this section was amended and notified in 2002 it was applied retrospectively from 01.04.1998. I request you to please do consider that when it is passed it should too be applied retrospectively at least from FY 2917-18, AY 2018. 12. Restoring the waterbodies. Nowadays floods are coming in nov dec months in many places. Some reason are for example, lakes, river beds are becoming houses. So water not able to go outside the city. Probably we can check and restore or water going ways in flood places proactively, if possible. Similarly renovation old water storage places, water saving etc can implement. 13. Government School infrastructures can be improved wherever it is bad. Postoffice is improving. Similarly schools also we can do better. 14. Supporting our jawans, their family and wherever required we can add more. 15. Unauthorised workers or low-level workers supporting needed places. So that it will help them. 16. Supporting bad habit people to make corrections. Like stopping liquor, cigarette - helping them.

Sir, This is regarding utilization of budget allocated to education. Besides making our education system dynamic in terms of knowledge that is relevant in current environment...May I suggest, if you please expedite the process of introducing Shri bhagwat geeta, ved and upnishads in the school curriculum and start this gradually from 1st grade itself and also please introduce havans in students curriculams and its practice so that they incalcate the habit of doing havans and sanskrit shloka recitation and learn the meaning and benefits of them and imbibe our ancient knowledge and wisdom....

Respected sir After new aviation minister came there are lots of problems creating in airlines people's misbehaving airlines leave without passenger airlines grounded due to fault comes many defence plane crashes requesting to look in this matter as mechanic is not proper to maintain our vehicals we change that mechanics Many opp leader shifted in BJP we should keep observation on them it's just my suggestion which i feels i appologise if there is my mistake in suggesting

Pradhanmantri ji pranam This budget is based on to improve living style and easy in doing business. 1 Meditation centre should be opened in all school and college for mental fitness of youth generation. 2Yog is an prachin instrument to fit our body mentally and physically both .it help us to live a tension free life. 3 New and creative idea should be promoted at all level is society.it is a way to run growth of human being. 4 start-up culture should be promoted at school and college level.it is a time to take risk for doing something. 6 New and innovative idea should be protected and give social respect for their incredible yogdan for change society .

11. In education system , especially in government schools, teachers are complaining that salary is not up to the market. So we have to jump to private schools etc. Probably in government schools needs to increase the salary for teachers, probably can announce gifts for them , some motivation required. Election times or government activities they used to involve apart from their teaching work etc. Recently I came across this info. Thought of sharing. Need to validate and take it.
