We have two layers of government one is in the state & the other is in central this hinders our progress and growth. We observe both are not sailing in the same boat in many states with Union government. We expect the governments should follow win - win management policy and related techniques. In Tamilnadu we have very poor national highway infrastructure and we are really upset after seeing beautiful roads in many states. Few days ago Bangaluru to Mysuru express highway was opened for public, during the same time our Chennai to Salem highway project was proposed but in our state the job is still pending. We have many political parties in our state creating lot of troubles to society. This is in line with a saying "Too many cooks spoil the food". We see clear thought process is missing in many things in resolving the issues. We must understand two sources (positive and negative) is enough to glow bulb and bring light. Imagine a situation if all communities have political parties!!!!?

We need to aware our youth about importance of Team work. These days people usually try to get a job by themselves but technical advancement create a challenge for poor or middle class people, so many of them remain unemployed most of the time. If these people get skilled and form a team of 5 person or so, they can easily take and complete orders from big companies for their service. For example : 5 people get skilled in graphic design and make a team and registered it as an MSME . They can take orders from different companies regarding their skill on sites like Upwork . 5 persons may have different experiences which will help them complete their project faster. The same cane be done with all other skills like Construction Skills , Coding Skills , Agriculture Skill etc. Theme of my comment is : " एक अकेला थक जाएगा , मिलकर बोझ उठाना , साथी हाथ बढ़ाना। " This may be the solution to unemployment crisis.

Before conducting EIA baseline datas are collected wrt air, water, land, noise & radiation etc. and maintained as reference levels. During the project phase or during operational phase, adverse effects of the projects or operations are compared with baseline reference levels while the environmental parameters are fulfilled as per Environmental Protection Act's standards. This helps environmental engineers to improve standard limits as part of continual improvements. If any green belt is disturbed during execution of project, EIA report shall insist to develop twice carbon credits of existing green belt at some other location nearer to the project site. Project lead accordingly approach local authorities obtain land to develop green belt as per EC. Project engages horticulturist/env. Engineers to maintain monitoring records and these are reviewed and monitored by hortic/env. Er of the local authority. When they fail to implement EC req., Judiciary steps in to resolve the issue.

Dear Shri Modi Ji No doubt the contribution of yours and NDA Government has been exceptionally well and that has raised India to a different level since 2014. Whlle we all would love you to continue in 2024 there are some practical issues which you must understand i.e. Cost of living, especially post Covid phase 1 things have gone heywire on Cost as a subject and for a common man to stay and also invest for future it has become difficult scenario. As first step with Majority of state Governments with BJP, important that Petroleum is brought under GST to give respite to Common Citizens else there is a strong resistance to NDA government at grass root level. Hope you understand what feelings I am trying to convey. Jai Hind Sachin Kanade
