Hi, This is Mohankumar from Tamilnadu. To improve our youth skills, We have to change the education system at school level. We have to provide syllabus to student to think their selfs. Current education system is focusing on marks and works. We will have to identify youth's talent at school level and guide them in their interest. I hope each and every individual has a talent in their intrested field. As a government we have to ensure that youths are going in their right path. We have more youth population in our country. If we provide the right education and in right path ( as per their interests) our country will grow econamically. Most countries have differnet education system. There is no ranking system. Teacher only knows student marks to identify the individual talent and interest. Also we have to put right teachers. They are very important.

Hello everyone..! I m glad that we have got a chance to give our own opinion for the draft of NYP. Myself Milon Chakma, a NYV of Chawngte block, lawngtlai, Mizoram. I m working in NYKS since form 2021. By working here i m introduce with the works and importance of being a NYV. I m luck enough that i got this opportunity to serve my nation and the youth of this country. Today i want to say something which is fully my idea and thinking few words. As we all know that Our Country have #RightToEquality, so in every NYKS in every state there must be equal in every contribution. Likely every block must have a equal Sprot tournament and so on. Youth is the only one who can change our country. We must think how to develop our youth skills in every field. Fund should be provide by Ministry of YA&S equaly and in time. Nothing can be delayed specially in funding in different activities. I have experienced that Office branch number should be incresed, all kinds of materials should be given to all.

सभी केन्द्र सरकार और राज्य सरकार मे आने वाले सेवाओ का Age limit 28 साल कर दे उसका calendar, ,admit card ,exam date joining सब समय पर हो ..समय पर ना करने पर superme court ,high court दखल दे ..उसके बाद इतने समय बाद. exam ना निकलने तुरन्त startup करे ......अभी व्यवस्था है age limit अधिक है और calendar fix नही है

जितने भी सरकारी कर्मचारी बनते है 3से 6month तकNCC training किया जाय जिससे आत्मरक्षा,और अतिरिक्त सेना उपलब्ध हो उसके बाद उस विभाग मे joining दे

Youth who take lead in Developing Rural India with Urban facilities with Start ups and participation of Villagers using ingenious skills and knowledge as Integral Environmental unit should be provide with extra financial and Administrative Concessions without any Govt control but on their self-conscious managed Ideas and Assurances.
