As a student preparing for a future in tech and AI, I truly value the government’s efforts in seeking public feedback on the Draft National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2025. I believe this is the right time to shift focus from just degrees to real-world skills. Many students like me dream of becoming tech innovators and entrepreneurs, and we need strong support through accessible, modern skill-building platforms. I suggest early skill training in schools (coding, design, AI, communication), hands-on projects over theory, mentorship programs, free multilingual online courses, and national recognition for student-led innovations. Entrepreneurship education should begin in high school, covering startups, freelancing, and digital income. Most importantly, these efforts must lead to real employment opportunities, not just certificates. Thank you for letting students like me be heard.

Skill Development is most important but how it will work
As in present parents love in past they told their children to job
But if right guidence we gave children then it may be totally changed
Skill Development like financial education, health education, entrepreneurship, many more
But these are most important
How they can earn compound income
What he wants in future
All must be complete
As technology grow but now we have to share skill Development
So if you give me support as my mission is fit and healthy India
I can give both income and skill Development opportunity

appreciate the Government of India’s initiative to invite public suggestions on the draft National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2025.
As a concerned citizen and learner, I would like to suggest the following:
1. Integration of Skill Training with School Curriculum:
Start vocational and entrepreneurial skill training from Class 9 onwards, especially in government schools, so that students are future-ready.
2. Digital Skills & Soft Skills:
With the rise of AI, data, and online work, digital literacy, communication, and soft skills should be made mandatory in all skill training programs.
3. Local Language Content:
All training modules should be made available in regional languages for better understanding and inclusion.
4. Women and Rural Youth Focus:
Special programs must be launched to encourage girls and rural youth towards entrepreneurship through mentorship, micro-loans, and online platforms.
5. Internships & Real-World Exposure:
Skill development shoul

The new draft policy is a step in the right direction, but to make it truly effective, we need to bridge the gap between skills and real jobs. Many youth, especially in rural or small-town India, learn skills through government programs, but they don’t get real-world exposure or job opportunities after that. There should be stronger partnerships with private companies, startups, and local industries who can offer internships or apprenticeships during or right after training. Also, the policy should focus more on digital and green skills — because the future is moving towards tech and sustainability.
For entrepreneurship, we need to go beyond just loan schemes. Young entrepreneurs need real mentorship, business connections, and simplified legal processes. Many ideas fail because people don’t know how to scale or market their products. A strong network of local business mentors can help.
Lastly, awareness is a big issue. Most youth don’t even know these schemes exist. The policy should
