Skill development and entrepreneurial opportunities are at various levels 1) higher level management, project management 2) higher education and related domain knowledge 3) support or working level skills like ITI. In each case what is required is Domain knowledge. Ability to apply it or skills. Project or business management to be entrepreneur ship through incubation centres attached with institutions. Additionally, one factor is missing everywhere is INTEGRATION of various domains, skills or systems. It’s missing right from institutions to executions. Startup India needs some support, maybe through retired or experienced professionals, and it needs to be institutionalised.

3- He/she shall be Registered at block, district level his/her name, address ,MOBILE no shall be digitally recorded so any Company want to employ shall contact and see his/her Qualification.
4- Suppose today I am setting up plant in any state, district, village land I shall be able to access data to skilled, unskilled people in that area and GOI shall make policy while land given for factory,Mill, plant I must employ local it is Ground level Development.

In modern era AI has taken over second level work and has a capability of self learning. Finally, it’s software guided by developers and their motive behind. This requires strong basic science and engineering who can envision and direct future. Let’s be clear that skill is the ability to use knowledge. Software developers need knowledge of IT, support from core domains or both at a time. However, AI software once it’s ready it becomes a Tool to achieve some results, which can be well defined by domain experience. Hence, 1) Domain knowledge of science, arts, engineering (applied science) etc has to be strengthened until graduation 2) introductory subjects, workshops, exposure to new technology, techniques in final year will channelise career 3) PG can be structured to merge two streams to groom professionals. 4) Doctoral study will support research . Avoid industry specific skills like labor

Respected Sir, Here are few of my suggestions of National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2025. We can have a National Skill Development Monitoring Board. In this board we can nominate the members from different walks of life. We are missing a lot of communication and information from experienced and skilled people. There are different trainers in various fields. Each skill can be acquired through a Good Trainers and constant practice. In the Skill policy, the trainers are being identified for different fields. National skill development academy can certify on each Citizen based on their field and constant review can be conducted on periodical basis on whether the person can reproduce his skill even after a particular duration. Like Aadhar card, a Skill Identity card can be distributed to each Citizen of India above 18 years so that showing this card, he can conduct his daily activity in his field. For eg. plumber. If he is having Plumbing skill card. Sairam K
