A strong leader or a strong team is needed for Skill India Mission 2.0. The importance given to leaders by RBI and Election Commission should also be given to the Skill India leadership. To help the leader, a team consisting of companies, workers, volunteers, public representatives, self-employed persons should be appointed as members on the basis of application. This team should bring changes in the Mission according to the circumstances.
More emphasis should be given to PMKVY, MSME, and short-term vocational training.MSME training related to food processing, logistics, export, packing should be conducted once a month in the govt ITIs in the district. It should be conducted in local languages.Training has been conducted mostly in permanent training centers in state capitals so far. For a change, one MSME certificate should be conducted every month in each district head ITI. Mobile MSME Guidance and Training Center should travel across the state once a year & conduct MSME courses
