Sir, We are in Tech era. Our education system are focused in IT soft Tech, did not aware that without IT hardware engineer Hall IT industry will be collapsed. Government ITI and college need to focus on that course to prevent serious collision. We have too much IT software guys available in market, but if you tried to higher IT hardware engineer; you faced that lack of education and poor quality even very hard to found them. Also remember there is 2 level industry standards. This problem mostly related to low level industry where salary standards are lower.

Sir, Under the state project of the West Bengal Government under the Technical Education, X+2 Level Higher Secondary Vocational Education is being run in the VTC of every school. If the Government of India takes the responsibility of paying the salaries of all the teachers and trainers involved in all those educations, then the quality of education and teachers will increase, and the skill development of the Government of India will be further strengthened.Thank You.

Government employees should be there to help people to develop their skills in which they are interested and also campaign can be conducted to make sure that any person ,who wants to know more about a particular thing ,get opportunities to and can go ahead irrespective of the financial background।
Government schemes and competition for interested students should be encouraged and enhanced।
In school level, students must be taught to contribute for their nation's development and to treat everyone equal।
