The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

अप्रैन्टिसधारक अभी बेरोजगार है सर्वप्रथम उनका समायोजन किया जाय ऐर भविष्य में कोई भी अप्रैन्टिस बेरोजगार न रहे! जो भी परीक्षा लेनी हो अप्रैन्टिसशिप देने के पहले होनी चाहिये! सधन्यवाद!

स्कुल कोलेज मे भी ऐपेन्टीस ऐकटीवीटी हो तो स्किल्स के साथ बच्चों को बाहर आने की तक मिलेगी ओर जो पढने मे वीक है वह खुश होकर ऐसे स्किल्स को विकसाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित होगे

अप्रैन्टिस एक्ट 1961 में संशोधन कर किसी भी ट्रेड के जो भी प्रशिक्षु जिस भी विभाग में कुशलता पूर्वक अपनी अप्रैन्टिसशिप पूरी करते हैं उसी विभाग में उनकी नियुक्ति भी होनी चाहिये तथा पुर्व के जितने भी अप्रैन्टिसधारक हैं सर्वप्रथम उनकी नियुक्ति की जाय ताकि दो वर्ष/तीन वर्ष तक मेहनत से ली गयी डिग्री व एक वर्ष तक प्रशिक्षु के रूप में किया गया मेहनत सार्थक हो इसलिये मेरा निवेदन है कि पूर्व के जितने भी

These apprentice act will help people to realise the importance of freedom in India so as to fight against their rights and say what they want to say in court... Moreover, these acts will engage people in many ways by enhancing their skills and manpower and development of the society..

Attach university college with apprentice programme that would fetch more productivity and upskilling of students.They would receive financial assistance as well as proper skills as well.

The need for an amendment to the Act has triggered because of the changing nature of the workplace, use of virtual platforms for learning and creation of sufficient infrastructure for training.

In strategic sectors, at least one company we keep to run in the interest of the country. If there are many companies in a particular sector, then there is no need for the government to be in that business. The government has no business to be in the business
