apprenticeship is very necessary for technical person,due to that they can properly know about industry and also work culture of plant.
one more thing a better suggestion is that a person got well trained during apprenticeship and after completion company should have to take that person on permanent job .They will be better handle.

Apprenticeship should be enhanced during vacations even allowing keen apprentices to join for free beyond the CSR demands on taking apprentices with due stipend
This is to help those who are qualified & keen to get skilled to learn on the job skills

To be up grade , quality of ITI training and trainers, my visit at ITI savli, poor out put of ITI student's.
Industrial training of apprentice is, no records, according your views a skilled young can come forward for make in India. atma nirbhar bharat vision to focus more on ground skills of young Indian.

At the moment covid situation is very very bad in Ahmedabad Gujarat.
- Covid beds are not available in Ahmedabad.
- Remdesivir injection is easily available in Ahmedabad Gujarat.
- Zero level covid testing in Ahmedabad Gujarat.
- Oxygen is not available in the hospitals.
- Gujarat Government totally fail in Covid situation.
Please Modi sir, Once need to talk related covid. I have action plan for current situation. I am not able describe entry plan here.
