The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

-The Apprentices Act, 1961 provides for regulation and control of training of apprentices. Section 3-A of the Act makes provisions for reservation of training places for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, but there is no provision for reservation of training places for the Other Backward Classes (OBCs).

Most of the company engaging apprentices as three years company apprenticeship to avoid recruiting Skilled labour. After three year, they are not recruiting all. By this the youngster not able to change other company or skill around the 18 to 21 years. National resource wasted by some private companies. So kindly abolish the private companies 3 year company apprentice scheme.

Currently, the CA articleship training is not following apprentice act , by this the students are very suffered by low sti fund and huge workload. It is over ruling the objective of the Apprentice Act. Kindly take necessary amendments to include CA/CMA/CS Articleship training under the ACT

Dear Mam/ sir Myself Devendra singh . I thought complete **apprentice.my* suggestion that when we complete our apprentice where we go to every institutions and entrepreneurship work as own mind. Please set a collaboration between them . I have an idea to collaborate if you do this . You will do it like a utopain where no problem occurs believe it
