The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

Syllabus for act apprentices should be reduced. Employability skills subject is having too many chapters which are as huge as MBA course. Welders course duration is very odd 1year 3 months. It can be common 2 years like other trades

Dear Modi ji Apprenticeship and School Learning are based on the principle that students participate in more advanced individual activities and thus stepwise get part of the respective community of practice.. Apprenticeships are structured training programmes which give you a chance to work (literally) towards a qualification. They help you gain the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your chosen industry. Getting into employement

all Job related steps should become easy and affordable so that each one can afford it. exam Fees should be less as many poor people loose such Golden opportunity due to high registration fees

This is a great joy that BJP will come to power in WB after 44 years’ political terror atmosphere. But our self-satisfaction on the victory without making of disciplined force will give a great cost in the long run like CPM & TMC. It is our utmost necessity that a special political class on the lesson of ethical & moral values enshrined in Bhagavat Gita along with healthy political activities needs to be imparted randomly amongst the cross section of people, a dream of Netaji & Dr. Mukherjee.

The apprentices Act 1961 provide for. regulation and control of training of apprentices Section 3-A of the act make provide for reservation of training places for the scheduled caste and scheduled tribes but there is no provision for reservation of training place for the other backward classes OBCs

sir according to present rules he can take apprenticeship training only once in life time it should be removed and it should be done to 3or 4times presently it is very difficult to register on nats portal and it is taking nearly 2to 3months to get registered so it must be solved thank you.
