The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

Sir Engineering qualified persons generally running after service it's very bad they have to try became service provider. So the defects is with systems but not with education. IIT or NIT students are also looking jobs because for safety. We have to break the race

આદરણીયશ્રી પ્રધાનમંત્રીજી , નમસ્તે, જો નીચે મુજબ બાબતોમાં ચોકસાઈ રાખવામા આવે તો વધુ ઉત્તમ યુવાધન દેશને પ્રાપ્ત થઈ શકે છે. ૧- એક જ વિદ્યાર્થીની અલગ અલગ જગ્યાએ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન જેથી વાસ્તવિક ધરાતલ પર ઓછા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હોય છે. ૨-તાલીમાર્થીઓ વચ્ચે કૌશલ્ય ,શોધ સંશોધન વિગેરમાં પ્રોત્સાહન અને તક મળી રહે તે માટે દેશ તથા રાજય કક્ષાએ મંચ પૂરું પડવું. ૩- ભૂતિયા રજિસ્ટ્રેશનને પકડી શકાય તે માટે કોઈ કાર્યપ્રણાલી વિકસાવવી જોઈએ. ૪-ભાષાકિય વિવિધતા અને પ્રદેશવાદ કૌશલ્ય પ્રાપ્તિ અડચણ ના બને તે માટે ચોકસાઈ જરૂરી.

Freshers generally face difficulties to get a first break in a career. Apprenticeship act should cover almost all sections / courses, in which it should be made mandatory for industries to give a chance of learning for at least 6 months to at least 10 aspirants a year. So that they can get good industry exposure-trends-developments and due to their 6 months experience, they can get good jobs. It should be in public-private partnerships, so no party should feel burden of recruiting apprentices.

Apprentices should work for a minimum of 30 hours a week and a maximum of 40. Time spent off the job at a college or in training is included. Part-time apprenticeships can be agreed by your employer, at a minimum of 16 hours per week, for example where apprentices have caring responsibilities.

In any industry or an establishment the employer can impart an Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961. ... The amendment also was extended to Non-Engineering graduates and establishments were allowed to engage apprentices in optional trades Happy Gudi Padava.....*

Hare Krishna I wish all the Aspirants for Apprenticeship candidates, " A very Happy Ugadi / Gudi Padwa ". It is the day when we think about our next days upto next Ugadi, that, " what we expect in our life and what to Conceive and what not to ". So, everyone has to build their own Kingdom with the help of others or without. Loving all.
