The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी दिव्यांगो को प्राइवेट में नौकरी नहीं है उन से कहा जाता है कि अपंगो को प्राइवेट सेक्टर में रोजगार नहीं है क्या भारत सरकार सीधे तौर विकलांगो को शासकीय विभागों में संविदा के आधार पर भर्ती नहीं करवा सकती हैं जबकि उनके पास भी योग्यता है महोदय जी

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आप से प्रार्थना है कि जो दिव्यांग अप्रेंटिस प्रशिक्षु(वर्ष 2019-20) है जिन्होने कोरोना काल में प्रशिक्षण लिया मान्यवर कम से कम उन्हे संविदा या प्राइवेट की तर्ज पर भर्ती करने की कृपा करें ताकि एकदम से बेरोजगारी का दंश न सहना पढ़ें वह कहा जायेगे इस कोरोना काल में आप सभी को रोजगार प्रदान करें उनका भी ध्या न रखें आपका बहुत आभार होगा महोदय जी

Common Misuses of Apprentice Act Some employers are engaging the apprentices who are not qualified enough for hiring and also failing to execute the terms and conditions of a contract/agreement of apprenticeship or breach the provisions of the Act regarding the number of apprentices which he is supposed to hire as per the provisions of the act.

apprentices act 1961 के अंतर्गत यह भी देखना चाहिए कि यह वर्तमान मे में कितना कारगर है। और सभी पहलुओं पर विचार भी करना चाहिए।

Apprentice Act 1961 The सर यह बहुत ही अच्छा कार्य है जो कि हम लोगों के लिए ट्रेनिंग और अनुभव करने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त होता है लेकिन सर कंपनियों में जॉब नहीं मिलती क्योंकि कंपनियों में एक्सपीरियंस दो-तीन साल में मनाते हैं और जहां भी हम लोग ट्रेनिंग लेते हैं वहां पर जॉब नौकरी नहीं मिलती है इसलिए हम लोग ट्रेनिंग लेकर अपने घर की ओर लौट आते हैं और हताश होकर घर बैठकर अपने मां बाप का कार्य सहयोग करते हैं यह लगता है कि हम लोगों ने पढ़ाई ले पढ़ाई लिखाई करके गलत किया इससे अच्छा बेहतर होता कि मां-बाप का साथ

Kindly give apprentice training for those who completed twelfth standard (PUC). It will be useful for their future career. Now fresh graduates only allowed for apprenticeship training, I request you to kindly change this eligibility and make it those graduated within 3 years without any arrears are eligible for apprenticeship training. It will be useful for their career.
