The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

Now I am going my husband house because court is not able to provide justice to me as well as they have no time last two years for hearing. If I will die in my in laws house so now govt will responsinle for it. I am informing you as well as I will inform to court also. With in six judges is changing but in six month they are not able to provide justice , that is the system. In court people are going and they are selling their house and jewellary for the justice but they are collecting money

Honouranle govt, I am facing court case in district surajpur court, greater noida.there is no video conferencing facility also like Delhi court,I am going each and every date more than two years, there is no resolution they are providing only date and they are trying to earn money only from my case. If court is not able to provide resolution on time so plz take action on immediate basis. I am so much disappointed from such kind of system as well as their people's also.

very good intiative for fresher t gain knowledge practical subject .hands on experice of practical things. need to regulize appprentices act 1961 compulsary for freshers.

its really an opportunity to study and work with the real sense and is to be done in real sense..students should be offered payment for this training ..

Dear Sir, Now a days all the technical professionals need apprenticeship. So GOI should formulate a plan for compulsory apprenticeship in all technical professionals. All the technical colleges must follow the rule to train the students in professional atmosphere like in production house. After the completion of training students should get the passing certificate.

My son graduated in mining engineering has registered. The site is like a dead site. No updates on status. To 30 Companies, he has applied. No response from any company. The site should have provision to know the status, chance of getting, when next batch start, contact person of that perticular company, merrit list etc. The employee of the company is comfortable, whearas the student on the other side is clueless of what will happen and uncertainity of future.
